  3. Tactical marketing plans
  4. Training needs analysis
  5. Undertaking online client surveys
  6. Developing marketing collateral

  9. Research assignments along with some fun mystery shopping
  10. Business plan vetting assignments'

It was a busy and exciting year with Helene working for clients located in Kapiti, Horowhenua, Hawke's Bay and Wellington.  Projects have been a balance of repeatable work and new client referrals which has been really great.

Helene continues to be an auditor of the Rata Certification Programme developed by New Zealanders for New Zealanders, based in Wellington.  The audit process includes a staff pre-audit questionnaire before reviewing the organisational vision and mission, sustainability and environmental policies, greening the supply chain information and environmental performance.  There is a practical focus with the business needing to demonstrate their actions now and plans for the future to maintain their sustainable business status.  Contact Warren Pringle to reference check Helene's audit performance, warren@ratacert.co.nz

Helene has had the Kapiti-Horowhenua Ministry of Social Development contract since 2012 to undertake vetting and feasibility reporting of business plans that are prepared through the Be Your Own Boss Programme and the Enterprise Allowance scheme.  Contact Tony Cade, Palmerston North to reference check Helene's contract work with MSD, tony.cade001@msd.govt.nz

In the past Helene has been the employment coordinator for the Retail Academy based in Wellington.  During that contract Helene met with all candidates and then placed them for three weeks work experience with an employer.  Post placement, a permanent, fixed term or casual job role was often negotiated along with mentoring of the candidate in the first three months of employment.  This role required quick thinking and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with employers.  Clare Nolan is the owner of the Retail Academy – she can be contacted on to reference check Helene's performance in this contract role, clare@cdanz.com

Just contact me if you would like to talk through a business development project that you think I could help with.  I would be delighted to sit down over a coffee to talk through what you want to achieve.
